Our standard hourly rate is $80/hr with a 2-hour minimum. Half-day (4 hours) and full-day (8 hours) packages are also available at discounted rates. All packages include studio access, backdrops, equipment, and amenities.

The minimum booking is 2 hours. All start and end times include your setup and breakdown — please book accordingly so you have time to get settled and pack up without rushing.

Yes — most props and furniture (chairs, stools, mirrors, baskets, styling pieces) can be moved and repositioned to suit your shoot. Please return everything to its original position before you leave. A reference photo of the setup is provided with your booking confirmation.

Yes — free street parking is available on Imperial St. The studio is also a 2-minute walk from the Metrotown SkyTrain station for anyone arriving by transit, and unloading is easy from the front of the building.

We ask that all props, furniture, and studio equipment are treated with care. Accidental damage may incur a replacement fee depending on the item. If something happens during your session, please let us know right away so we can address it together.

Yes — the studio must be left exactly as you found it. Props and furniture returned to their original positions, any personal items removed, and the space left clean and tidy. Late checkouts and excessive cleanup required by us will be charged at the standard hourly rate.

You may reschedule your booking once, subject to availability, provided you give more than 48 hours notice. Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of your session are not eligible for a refund or reschedule.
