Getting here.
Where is the studio?
Unit 529, 6378 Silver Avenue, Burnaby, BC. The studio is on the 5th floor.
Where can I park?
Free street parking is available on Imperial Street. Please check posted signs and time limits, and allow time to park before your session.
Can I take transit?
The studio is approximately a two-minute walk away from Metrotown SkyTrain station.
How do I access the studio?
Please refer to your booking confirmation or pre-session message for building entry and studio access instructions. Have these ready before you arrive. If you cannot locate them, contact Danielle through your booking platform before your session.
What should I share with my clients?
Send this page along with their exact session time, your contact details and any preparation instructions. Ask clients to arrive at their assigned time so they do not overlap with another session or booking.
Your time in
the studio.
Bookings run back to back, with no buffer time.
Your setup, shooting, packing and cleanup must all fit within your reserved time.
When can I arrive, and when do I need to leave?
Access begins at your scheduled start time. Please do not enter early. Your team, clients, equipment and belongings must be out of the studio by your booking’s end time so the next guest can begin on time.
Does my booking include setup and cleanup time?
Yes. All setup, outfit changes, packing and cleaning happen within your booking. Finish shooting early enough to reset the space and be ready to leave on time.
What if I need more time?
Contact Danielle in advance through your booking platform. Extensions depend on availability and must be confirmed. Please do not stay beyond your booked time without approval. Late checkouts may incur additional charges under the studio’s terms.
How should I schedule multiple clients?
Stagger arrivals and leave enough time between your own sessions for transitions. Keep shared hallways and entrances clear, and ensure your final client leaves before your rental ends.
Care for
the space.
Can I move furniture and props?
Yes, please move pieces carefully and return everything to its original position before leaving. Lift furniture rather than dragging it. Taking a quick reference photo when you arrive can help you reset the room.
Can we bring food, drinks or decorations?
Keep food and drinks off the furniture. Please avoid glitter, confetti, champagne sprays, candles and smoke effects. Smoking and vaping are not permitted.
What should I know when bringing children?
Children must be supervised throughout the session, especially around lighting equipment, mirrors, furniture and seasonal decorations. Keep exits and walkways clear.
What if something is damaged or not working?
Let Danielle know immediately through your booking platform. Please do not attempt repairs or leave an issue unreported. Damage and additional cleanup are handled according to your booking terms.
Before you go.
