VOIR Creatives LTD – Studio Rental Terms & Conditions

By booking and using the studio space owned and operated by VOIR Creatives LTD (“the Studio”), the individual or group making the reservation (“Renter,” “Client,” or “you”) agrees to all of the following legally binding terms and conditions.

1. Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver

  • The Renter voluntarily assumes all risks associated with the use of the Studio, including but not limited to physical injury, illness, equipment malfunction, or damage to personal property.

  • VOIR Creatives LTD, its owners, affiliates, and employees shall not be held liable for any personal injury, death, or property loss incurred on the premises during the rental period.

  • The Renter agrees to waive any right to file claims, lawsuits, or legal action against VOIR Creatives LTD for any accident, loss, injury, or death occurring during their rental, including that of their guests, staff, models, clients, vendors, or any third party.

2. Indemnification

The Renter agrees to fully indemnify, defend, and hold harmless VOIR Creatives LTD, including its owners, employees, agents, and affiliates, from any and all claims, demands, liabilities, losses, damages, lawsuits, costs, and expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising from:

  • Any injury or harm to individuals in the Studio

  • Damage to personal or third-party property

  • The Renter’s violation of laws or third-party rights

  • Use of Studio equipment, props, or furnishings

  • Improper setup, teardown, or misuse of the space

3. Renter Responsibility & Safety

  • The Renter is solely responsible for their own safety and the safety of all persons they bring into the space.

  • The Renter is responsible for assessing the suitability and safety of the space for their intended use.

  • All children must be supervised at all times. The Studio is not childproofed and assumes no responsibility for injury or harm involving minors.

4. Permitted & Prohibited Uses

The Studio may be used solely for photography, videography, and other creative or professional purposes, unless prior written permission is granted.

Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

  • Smoking or drug use

  • Firearms or weapons

  • Open flames or pyrotechnics

  • Adult content (unless explicitly approved in writing)

  • Use of fog machines, glitter, or confetti without prior permission

Any violation may result in immediate termination of the rental without refund and may lead to legal action.

5. Studio Care & Clean-Up

  • The Renter is liable for all damage to the Studio, including walls, floors, furniture, equipment, and fixtures.

  • All furniture must be returned to its original location at the end of the rental.

  • Any stains, markings, or breakage will result in cleaning or repair fees.

  • The Studio must be left clean and tidy, with all garbage removed and personal items taken.

  • Failure to comply may result in additional charges or loss of future booking privileges.

6. Security & Surveillance

  • The Studio may be monitored by security cameras in common or shared areas for safety and insurance purposes.

  • No surveillance is present in private spaces such as restrooms or change rooms.

  • Footage will only be reviewed in the event of an incident, rule violation, or legal matter.

7. Booking, Payment, and Cancellations

  • A booking is considered confirmed only after full payment is received.

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled rental are non-refundable.

  • Overtime will be charged at 1.5× the hourly rate, subject to Studio availability.

8. End-of-Session Responsibilities

The Renter must ensure the following before leaving the Studio:

  • All Studio property is returned to its original condition

  • All garbage and personal belongings are removed

  • Lights are turned off

  • Door is securely locked

9. Acknowledgement

By proceeding with a booking, the Renter:

  • Confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

  • Accepts full responsibility and liability for all persons and activities during their booking.

  • Understands that VOIR Creatives LTD is not liable for any injury, loss, or legal claims resulting from the use of the space.
