Before you book

What’s included?

Furniture and styling props, a changing area, steamer, wardrobe rack, coffee, tea and Wi-Fi are included.

Backdrops are optional: one $30 add-on gives you access to all available colourways, not a separate charge per colour.

Does my booking include setup and cleanup time?

Setup and cleanup must fit within your booked time. Bookings can run back-to-back, so please leave the studio clean, reset and ready for the next guest before your booking ends.

Can I cancel or reschedule?

With more than 72 hours’ notice, you can receive a full refund or reschedule once, subject to availability. Within 72 hours, bookings are not eligible for a refund or reschedule.

November and December weekends have a separate policy: payment is due in full when booking and is non-refundable. You may move your booking once to an available date within 30 days, with at least 14 days’ notice.

With less than 14 days’ notice, or if the booking is not moved within that window, payment is forfeited. Weekday bookings—including those in November and December—follow the standard 72-hour policy.

What are the cleaning and late-checkout fees?

Excessive cleanup incurs a $150 cleaning fee. Late checkout is charged by the hour.
