FAQ
Every booking includes full studio access, natural light, professional lighting & modifiers, seamless backdrops in multiple colourways, clothing rack, steamer, styling table, restroom & changing area, high-speed Wi-Fi, and free parking on Imperial St.
The minimum booking is 2 hours. We offer hourly, half-day (4 hours), and full-day (8 hours) packages.
Visit our booking page, select your preferred date and time, choose your package, and secure your session with a deposit. You'll receive a confirmation email with all the details.
Cancellations made 48 hours or more before your booking are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable but may be rescheduled once subject to availability.
Extensions are subject to availability and must be confirmed with us directly. Overtime is charged at the standard hourly rate of $80/hr.
The studio is filled with dramatic natural light throughout the day, mainly in the late afternoon and into the evening.
After hours, use the buzzer code at the front entrance. During working hours (Mon–Sat, 9am–5pm), the front doors are open — take the elevators straight ahead. Your studio door access code will be provided upon booking and again 48 hours before your session. Tap the keypad, enter the code, then press #. Note: only two attempts are allowed — too many mistakes will trigger the alarm.
All start and end times include setup and breakdown. Any late checkouts will be charged a full additional hour. Early arrivals will be let in a maximum of 5 minutes early. Please book accordingly to avoid extra charges.
