  • The studio is located in Burnaby, right across from the Metrotown skytrain.

  • The studio is filled with dramatic natural light throughout the day, mainly in the late afternoon and into the evening.

  • Yes — all mid-century modern furniture and curated decor pieces are included and can be styled or rearranged to fit your creative vision.

    • Live bands or performances are not permitted, as our space is not sound-proof. Please be mindful of our neighbors.

    • Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited on the premises.

    • Large parties or excessively loud music are not allowed.

    • Shoes are not permitted on backdrops except for talent. Please remove shoes or use provided shoe covers.

    • Pets are not allowed on the premises.

    • Confetti, glitter, or popping champagne is prohibited.

    • Food and drinks are not allowed on any furniture. Any damage caused will incur additional fees.

    • Fog or haze machines are not permitted.

    • Do not remove wall photos unless approved by staff.

    • When moving furniture, always lift with two or more people; do not drag items. Large wall mirrors should not be moved.

    • Full nudity is not permitted in the studios.

    • Please return all furniture and props to their original positions before leaving.

    • Avoid using body oils, sprays, or self-tanners that could stain furniture.

    • Overtime fees apply if additional time is required for setup, teardown, or load/unload. Your booking begins at the scheduled start time, not upon arrival. Please book accordingly to avoid extra charges.

    There are security cameras by the entrance. By agreeing to this booking you also acknowledge our surveillance camera will be recording during your entire booking time. This footage will never be used unless an issue occurs during booking. This is for everyone's protection.

  • Please note that all start and end times include setup and break down time. Any late check-outs will be charged a full additional hour! Early arrivals (often production, hair or makeup artists) will max be let in 5 minutes early. We schedule our employees and cleaning times to accommodate only the hours your booking is scheduled for.

    • After hours: Use buzzer code at the front entrance.

    • During working hours (Mon–Sat, 9 AM–5 PM): Front doors are open—take the elevators straight ahead.

    • Studio door: Access code will be given upon booking and 48 hours before your scheduled booking → tap the keypad, enter the code, then #.

    • Note: Only two attempts are allowed. Enter carefully—too many mistakes will trigger the alarm and deactivate the code.
